What do you do at Narrative? Developing our iOS app
What’s one thing we should know about you? That I’m interested in macroeconomics, crypto currencies and believe that the financial world with debt based currencies will break down within the next few years? Now… Remember who told you first 🙂
What book have you recently finished, or are currently reading? Currently reading Darknet by Matthew Mather. It’s awesome!
Favorite non-work-related website: reddit.com
What did you want to be as a child? I very early on in my diaper said that I want to work with buttons. So I’m living the dream, yay! 🙂
Best advice you have ever received: My dad half joking and half warning me to do the studies properly or I’ll end up inheriting the farm and be forced to become a farmer.
I love quotes so I summarized how I deal with challenging problems:
Apply this mindset:
“How hard can it be” and “Nothing is particularly hard if you divide it into small jobs.”
Choose either approach:
1) “The problem is not the problem. The problem is your attitude about the problem“, “Holding on to anger is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die” and “Don’t worry, be happy”.
2) “The harder I work, the luckier I get”, “If you are going through hell, keep on going”, “Great things never came from comfort zones” and “If you want a thing well done, do it yourself”
and then “Just do it” and “Do or do not, there is no try”
When you’ve reached the finish line, celebrate and remember that “Success is not final” and “Stay hungry, stay foolish”.
When something unexpected occurred: “What doesn’t kill you …” and “Failure is not falling down but refusing to get up”
Ok, I hear you, enough quotes for this year.
Moment you would like to relive: Our wedding. Just that day, NOT the preparations.
